Lime Honey Glazed Tilapia with Garden Zucchini and Carrots
I was surprised with the lime & honey glaze but Nume loved it
Tilapia - pat dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika
In a frying pan, melt a pat of butter, put the seasoned side of the fish into the pan (med heat), now season the other side
In another pan, saute the carrots and zucchini with onions and garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Serve on rice
